Vinegar MSDS: http://msds.flexoproducts.com:8000/MSDS%20for%20Distributors/VINEGAR.pdf
Bleach MSDS http://www.thecloroxcompany.com/downloads/msds/bleach/cloroxregularbleach0809_.pdf
Comparing both MSDSs there is the clear choice of which is more dangerous checking all of the references it is obvious that bleach is more toxic but as a disinfecting agent bleach is much more powerful and cheaper. The more you look through in the references the more you notice why people buy bleach, It is cheaper and more widely used compared to vinegar which is almost never used as a disinfectant at homes and it is much more costly about four times more. Both do decrease bacteria and fungus but comparing there effectiveness is much different because bleach due to it's reactivity is much better to remove stains and fungus of types which vinegar would take time to do. Vinegar might be better for the environment but economically speaking it is much worse while vinegar is quite the opposite.
